The Emote Project (Animation, 50 minutes, 12 chapters, 2017) is about feelings, brain waves and real-time experimental animation, Data recorded from EEG brainwave signals were analyzed for emotional patterns and reinterpreted to generate 20 animated chapters. We used non-lyrical music clips of known emotional class (such as happy, sad, exciting, scary, etc) provided by the Computer Science and Engineering Team.

An ongoing public art installation, 15 x 2 meter LED interactive wall in a public corridor in Singapore. It is in a semi-exterior hallway at a university of more than 50,000 students, faculty and staff, at least 5,000 people see the MAN installation daily.
It is a large scale video screen that allows for the exploration of audio reactive, abstract animation design in a public setting — collaborating with academics from the School of Art, Design, and Media at Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.

Created for a 15 x 2 meter LED video wall this animation explores pin screen animation with audio reactive animation and emotive expression. Animation Programming done with Touch Designer. Music De Lune by Claude Debussy, Peter Frankl, piano, Vox, recorded c1962.
A tribute piece dedicated to the innovation of Aleksandr Aleksandrovich Alekseyev, a Russian-born French filmmaker who invented the pin-screen method of animation with his collaborator Claire Parker. This film premiered at the Ars Electronica, Prix Ars Festival in September 2016.
